Ouch, sounds like these guys were duped into a bogus training program, hope they win their lawsuit!
I guess the old saying holds true "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is"
Sadly, if L-3 Communications is found guilty they will probably file bankruptcy to evade paying the penalty. Then they will reorganize under a new name and return to their old ways.
Is this the same "L3 Communications" that is a defense contractor and sells high tech
