Sadly, if L-3 Communications is found guilty they will probably file bankruptcy to evade paying the penalty. Then they will reorganize under a new name and return to their old ways.

Is this the same "L3 Communications" that is a defense contractor and sells high tech
computer and video equipment to law enforcement agencies? Just wondering if corporate america has found a new way to fleece the average joe.

We have GOD to change the bankruptcy laws, and term limits, and abolish lobbying, balance the budget, dismantle NAFTA, impose an import tax, fix the healthcare system, enforce regulations on wall street the way the FAA enforces FAR's on pilots, fix social security, pay off our national debt, get rid of the TSA, - NO PROBLEM

I'm sure Devine intervention is the only way these things will happen. If the system could only do one a year we would be in tall cotton.

Frank - I wish all of us would vote with our feet the way you did. Leaving a job is not easy - or comfortable.

You're a good man, thank you for doing the right thing.

Dirty dealings. I think they have a good-faith lawsuit.
Maybe all flight schools should have written agreements/contracts with FAA for potential grads to sign if the school guarantees FAA employment.
