what is it? October 1 the relief money runs out and then the furloughs start??
Sorry to my former industry friends, it is the nature of the beast.. very tedious for the lower senority folks.. wish all well and a big return to travel next year..
My suggestion.. have a larger emergency fund and fall back skills for basic home costs.. dont over buy when times are good.. it's how we survived job losses over the years..

So sad i'm just happy i retired 2 years ago
I worked at the A.A. Flight Academy for 30 years and retired in 1996. I still miss it. It is very sad to see all the airlines in this situation, except for China Air.
and this guy tells workers to have a larger emergency fund, just bizarre.
