Can we suspect icing?
Given that the pilot reported a loss of engine power, it probably wasn't icing.
The weather was fairly good and no icing conditions. My swag is fuel contamination or wrong type if he lost both engines. We'll see.
Ok you got the SWAG part right better than the ones about icing due to loss of engine power. There could have been fuel system icing in the lines that's about it.
