Delta to pay out $506 million in profit sharing to its employees
Delta Air Lines today will pay its employees more than a half-billion dollars in earned profit sharing – the highest payout in company history – in recognition for their industry-leading performance in 2013. It enhances employee retention, provides attitude adjustment (reinforcement) and is a great recruiting tool when labor skills become scarce. Best of all it keeps the union parasites out of the picture.

Then the pilots should be booking the reservations, staffing the customer service center, work the ticket counter, board the passengers, put the bags on, de-ice the plane, be the flight attendant, then fly and do it all on the other end. Pilots are very important, but they don't have anybody to fly without their coworkers.
