Photos: Delta Completes First Boeing 767-400 Cabin Refurbishment
The first Delta Air Lines (DL) Boeing 767-400(ER) to feature its latest DeltaOne Business Class product has completed interior modifications in Guangzhou, China. The refurbished 767-400(ER) will fly in a four-class configuration with 34 DeltaOne suites, 20 Delta Premium Select, 28 Delta Comfort+, and 156 Main Cabin seats. Not very impressed... That IFE system is going to be a Maintenance Night Mare!
the article states the aircraft was intitially purchased in 2000..i guess it would be time for some "redoing" and refurbishing for continued use...I dont like the cubicles,but for the business traveller,they are more like a mini office..some foreign carriers have first class areas with doors around the seats for privacy, and some even have showers..gone are the days of just having a very large reclining leather first class seat with a video/computer screen!!
