Boeing CEO vows to keep Air Force One costs below $4 billion
The heads of Boeing and Lockheed Martin emerged from meetings with President-elect Trump vowing to rein in the costs of new Air Force Ones and the nation's premier fighter jet. Vows during an informal meeting aren't enforceable. How about a written contract with a performance clause?
