WestJet pilots vote against forming union
The drive to form a union for WestJet pilots has been going on for nearly two years, but a vote shot down the idea. (www.cbc.ca) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Well, right or wrong, if management can keep the union from just coming with one election after another, they may be OK. That said, 55% is not that ig a margin and the company must use the time to find out why their pilots thought there was a need for a union in the first place. If you have a bunch of union dawgs in there, they will never change and should be replaced at first opportunity. If blind leading the blind, and education process is in order.

Let's face it, all the junior pilots have not been able to make money with the shares of the Company, and the share price is not really increasing much in the foreseeable future.
