Pilots play Santa, deliver gifts to Michigan foster kids
The skies over Oakland County were busy Saturday with an estimated 250 flights by aircraft of all sizes taking off with gifts for foster children across Michigan. It’s called Operation Good Cheer, a unique charitable effort in its 48th year sponsored by the nonprofit Child and Family Services of Michigan. (www.detroitnews.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
It is always a good feeling to know that there are people out there trying to help those in need and those who do not have it as good as many of us do... God Bless Them All!
Flew in OGC 3 years ago and loved it! If I still lived near Michigan, I would do it every year!
what a wonderful thing to do..thats a bit like the "snowball express" ,a yearly trip offered by mostly american airlines,to children and families of servicemen and women to various destinations,in order for them to have a merry christmas..if individuals/ corporations can add happiness to peoples lives, why not!once per year is not too much..
Wow!!! Congratulations!!! This is awesome!!!
excellent
Well done !!
Godspeed to each and every pilot involved.

Fantastic but they are delivering Christmas presents not holiday presents. Stop worrying about offending people.
