they already over twenty sitting at KONT alone, more must be all over the country.
Dumping
First they will get big dicounts and secondly there will be little waiting for delivery as many of the aircraft parked but refused by buyers will be available with few modifications, mostly to software.
Meh - I was hoping they would stick with Airbus, especially the 321Neo as the airline expanded. One of the reasons I liked Virgin
Why should Alaska Airlines (& others) dump its primary aircraft & vast inventory of spare parts just to please you & others? The Airbus aircraft were the unwanted stepchildren/red headed cousin in the Alaska fleet & were probably were beginning to show their age.
Airlines are in the business to make money & cut costs, not please the whims & desires of individual people. If they can get rid of oddball, inherited aircraft that doesn’t fit their business plan; then so be it.
Maybe they can be pawned off to Delta. Why don’t you contact Delta?
