Lufthansa’s First Boeing 777X Spotted Outside In Seattle
While most aviation news has been cause for concern of late, one source of excitement is the progression of Boeing’s new widebody program. On Wednesday, launch customer Lufthansa’s first 777X aircraft was spotted outside the factory walls for the very first time. (simpleflying.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
this aircraft was such a logical, good idea up until the viral tsunami rolled up. The A380 , in retrospect, was dumb from the get-go, but the 777X- a program worth keeping , and an aircraft that ought to fit in profitably, is one hopeful outcome in this aviation nightmare. It would be nice, perhaps unusual, if Boeing truly build a proper aircraft, engines and all, that had few ghastly surprises.
I live near Paine field, I'll have to check it out. Like the yellow spot better than all blue on vertical.
Great to see a new airplane, with a refreshing update on a solid original design! I am eagerly waiting for the first flight, and to see the folding wingtips in action. Kudos to Boeing for building a widebody that has a feature that allows it to use existing gates. I am so ready to see it in service!
It is indeed good news! Beautiful airliner, but such a boring livery. De rigueur for the 2020's.
Airbus agenda always has been to destroy US economy aka Boeing!
Wrong. Airbus agenda has always been to build safe aircraft using the latest technology. And then, why would the world have to go without competition?
The computer redundancy in their airplanes make it possible for them to take off, fly to destination and land automatically, with the pilots capable to take over and fly the aircraft with joysticks.

Hurray for Boeing and for it's United States of America manufacturer.
