Speaking of "Nextgen", I tried filing a new "Nextgen" T route through the North East corridor last week. ATC told me 'no go', they only accept T routes if you're landing in NY class B. I thought T routes were to facilitate efficient movement through congested airspace! Got a T route in Houston a few weeks ago and it was PERFECT...just a slight deviation around their Bravo. The route I got from DC to Boston might as well have been to Canada!
HUD is great. Working Avionics I have seen much of this and have been greatly impressed. Great reliable working system.
