SC Applicants Flood Boeing Website
This will be a huge election issue in the Right to Work States. The recent pronouncement by Boeing that the new 737 line may not be in Renton will fuel the fire. (www.postandcourier.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Why will it be an election issue???????????????
If I remember correctly a couple of months ago, one of the political sides, I think it was Democrat [might me wrong],did not want the Boeing plant to open, I think it was for GREEN reasons, and they were making a big stink about it, and at one time the State, County?? held up on there License to investigate< again I think this is what happend from what I heard in the News, but again I might not have all the facts lined up
Well based on the article and just feeling that you hear in public about the plants, it seems like the public is strongly in favor of it being there and I guess they are right; it could be an election issue if somebody was on the wrong side of it.There could be more to come across the South after OBAMA is gone and his NLRB goons aren't all over everybody after they get a plant built and nearly in production
Personaly I will be happy when Obama is gone for many reasons, and not being political, but you know being whoever it is to stop the starting of a plant that can potentialy employee maybe thousands of workers who many do not have a job, just because political, and / or other reasons is dum.. Problems will always be there and those can be worked out I guess, but with a aprox 18% unemployment [actual more realistic numbers]> you would think a locality, County, State, Country, President oh and Union would want to get more people employed which would mean mores tax revenue, less unemployment, less food stamps, less social services> in essence less burden for the State Government, go figure what people have gotten to.
It is sad to see certain people do not give a damn what happens if there is nothing in it for them> [sorry for the long roll out]

Do you really think BHO really cares about anything except the next election and union donations? He cares nothing about SC and jobs. Keeping the unions happy so that they will donate to his election is the goal.
He uses the two 747s like they are his personal taxicabs at close to $180,000 per hour operating cost. Over 170 trips since he took office. Other presidents used them also, but nowhere close to this rate. His campaign trips will cost as much, if not more, than he will gather in donations while on these trips. He will make a multi-million trip at the taxpayer's expense, in order to obtain a million dollars in donations.
I will also be happy when BHO is out of the White House and common sense again prevails.

Ev:
True on his trip to Europe he used as you said x2 747's> do not forget the 747> Doomsday used as the Shadow airfraft> and 52 other A/C's so all could go> price tag over 500,000.00> not including Secret service, transport A/C for the vehicles etc
al you are right BHO not being disrespectful, has no idea what common sense is in what i've seen
