Why bother they are done producing such large four engined airliners they didnt work out too well. So sounds like you know little about AC and why things dont work. You know much like the jetsons flying car.

The Beluga XL cannot and will not ever be converted into a passenger variant. It was designed to carry bulky but relatively lightweight cargo, and while there would be plenty of room for at least two decks, filling them is impossible due to weight and CG limits. The fuselage was also never designed to support another deck.

Also the cargo area is unpressurised.
