Ex-Sen. D'Amato kicked off flight after rallying passengers against crew
New York (CNN)Former New York Sen. Al D'Amato was removed from a delayed New York-bound JetBlue flight on Monday after trying to rally passengers against the flight crew. At least he moved to the back when asked. They should have also removed the six people who refused to move. If it's a weight and balance issue, that's nothing to monkey around with.
