British Airways and easyJet passengers could pay £25 charge for flight delay complaints

What's going on at BA? First they want to replace a second meal with a "fun-sized chocolate bar" for flights under 7 hours, now this "enhancement of the customer experience". Do they aim to become a fun-sized airline?
Or you could avoid them
I'm sure that in many locations, British Airways, easyJet and Thomas Cook are likely to be the only realistic options for air travel.
