NYPD Police Officer subdues passenger who attacked a Jetblue flight attendant
NEW YORK (AP) — An off-duty New York City police officer subdued and handcuffed an intoxicated passenger who attacked a flight attendant Sunday during a scuffle aboard a JetBlue plane. Officer Anibal Mercado intervened after Antonio Ynoa of Brooklyn punched a flight attendant in the face early Sunday on JetBlue Flight 832 from the Dominican Republic to John F. Kennedy International Airport, the NYPD said. (news.yahoo.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
It's a good thing he was on the plane.
One report on the tube stated the off duty cop is a 300 pounder. Hopefully the 22 y.o. punk is still trying to extract his nose from his lower airway.
I love the headline "subdues".
Let's see how long it takes for the lawsuits to start. I'll bet the passenger will claim he was just mining his own business when that mean old Flight Attendant started picking on him. He was just trying to defend himself from that big guy, who without reason threw him to the floor. Ya think I'm kidding, huh.
Yeah, I bet he will, and the courts will rule in his favor and the cop will have to pay some ridiculous fine.
Put them of.. make them pay.
