Ex China Airlines Airbus A330-302 (B-18356, sn 1272) returns to the sky as N810CM with its new owner Cargo Aircraft Management. The aircraft was pulled out of storage at Phoenix Goodyear, GYR after sitting since June 2023. Nomadic Aviation Group would ferry the aircraft to Istanbul, ISL with a fuel stop in Detroit metro, DTW on its journey to its freighter conversion. (www.youtube.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Repositioning flights done by Nomadic. Already saw Bob's tiktoks about it and Steve was on the flight with his heavy camera gear so fingers crossed a Cockpit Casual video will follow, Steve makes the best flight content on YT bar none
Totally empty and no high-perf takeoff? Lame. :D
Why is this even newsworthy?
I wonder if they will ever turn the A380 into a cargo aircraft.
Simple answer: absolutely not. The frame can't support heavy upper deck weight and can't remove the upper deck either. So 4 engines and shitty payload = garbage freight plane
Wow! Nothing exciting in that video. Beautiful bird, though.
