Ryanair: Elderly man ends up 1,000 miles from home
An elderly Polish man ended up landing in Malta instead of Poland after being allowed to get on the wrong Ryanair flight. (www.buzz.ie) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Ryanair ought to have put him up in a hotel, fed him and paid for tours of the island for a few days in payment for this goof. Cattlecar Irish Airways has nothing to teach the other airlines of the worldexcept how Not to do customer service, instead they sentenced him to roundtrip imprisonment back to Poland.
Knowing Ryanair, they'll charge him for the extra flight.
When you're herding cattle, sometimes a couple just end up in the wrong pen.
Since the age of five I have always asked the FA at the door where we were headed. I have thankfully never arrived in Malta by air.
That’s really impressive. Sounds like you should redesign Ryanair’s barcode system.
