FAA toughens unruly passenger policy after flight disruptions in wake of Capitol riot

It's about time. Flying is a privilege, not a right. Nail a few of these idiots with fines and flight bans for life and maybe the rest will learn. They can always drive their on car or walk to their destinations, but they should be limited from public transportation for life except for that last trip to the grave yard!
Why do they think harassing other passengers is OK? They deserve to be banned for Life.
I remember catching a flight during the Bush election against Gore back to Oklahoma. On board were members of OCFD with their shirts on stating OCFD votes for Gore. During the flight they got so loud the flight attendants had to tell them several times to keep it down. They never did we landed at KDFW and on the flight to KOKC they kept encouraging passengers to vote Gore ticket.
In my opinion, you promised to adhere to the rules before the plane took off and then you broke your promise when it did. You've proven you can't be trusted and therefore you must be banned for some reasonable period of time.
