Boeing’s autonomous fighter jet could arrive next year
oeing has unveiled an autonomous fighter jet which is expected to take to the skies in 2020. The aircraft is designed to fly alongside crewed jets during combat, performing early warning tests, intelligence gathering, surveillance and reconnaissance. The human has been the weak and limiting part of fighter capability since manned flight. This step is obvious as technology advances. Man still flying galactic star wars fighters is only in the movies.
That's all you guys see is a missing "B"? What about the rest of the World will be able to get this "JET" in 2020, while won't have a "Made in the U.S.A. "JET" until 2030, a ten year gap, why? So that the Makers can milk every penny out of this project, and pass it on the TAX PAYERS via the MILITARY.
that would be "Boeing" not "oeing".. i know what you mean anyhow:).. very interesting..is it competitive with other fight jets?
