Virgin America, JetBlue and Hawaiian Rated Best Airlines In Best Year for US Aviation

(Reuters) - Virgin America had the highest performance ranking among 15 U.S. airlines in 2013 in an annual study as the industry's overall quality improved, followed by JetBlue and Hawaiian. The national Airline Quality Rating, which ranks airlines in four categories based on U.S. Department of Transportation figures, found that carriers overall received fewer complaints from passengers and had a lower bumped passenger rate in 2013, compared with 2012. Having flown all three carriers, I STILL have to put HAWAIIAN as the front runner. They have the very best customer service, inflight service, their First Class food is AWESOME, and overall the cleanest aircraft.
If you have never flow FIRST CLASS on HAWAIIAN to & from the islands you are truly missing out!!
