A Qantas A380 and a 747 have clipped wings at LAX
A Qantas A380-800 and 747-400ER have clipped wings in a towing incident at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the airline has confirmed. You're right. Let's just kick them and blame them for something that's not their fault while they're down.
Why won't the anti-Qantas media report that Qantas do not move the aircraft around on the LAX Tarmac?? It just happened to be two Qantas aircraft; could have just as easily been a Virgin aircraft with a Singaporean airlines aircraft (oh - hang on; they are essentially the same, both being owned by the Singaporean government). Anyone wonder why it's not called Virgin Australia anymore??? Hint : because they are not Australian!!
Do they not? It specifically said they were being towed from a hangar. Yea, it was the Roo's bad luck and that was why the emphasis, along with the earlier announcement.
Yeah. All around the world, carriers use local tow crews. CASA will report the same but once again the bleeding left media have done the damage.
Public don't know any better. Quantas plane, Quantas tow
