This was previously announced back before Christmas, and it looks like got to put up with him most of the year.
He was the token "Republican" in the Obama Administration to be able to claim "bipartisan" appointments....in Democrat Administrations this is usually a slow thinking RINO like Wm Cohen in the Clinton Administration. Republicans are no better and Bush appointed Norman Mineta at Transport who made Sheila Jackson Lee look smart.
