Ryanair to cancel 40-50 flights per day for six weeks
Ryanair is to cancel 40 to 50 flights every day for the next six weeks, in a bid to improve punctuality of flights. The budget Irish-based airline announced the plan on Friday, saying that it was "unacceptable" that its punctuality had fallen below 80% in the first half of this month. Same concept - that's absolutely fact - O'Leary CAN NOT afford to lose an euro cent. He "ordered" his management to fix something. Perhaps, the management are fear of O'Leary. So, the result - cancel the flights very short notice. O'Leary didn't care about the travelers. Also, O'Leary WANTED to buy other airlines. That means he has money to buy the business. Bottom line, O'Leary NEEDS to clean up himself.

Perhaps he could get better people with better pay? He now compensates persons operating a complex machine with many very technical systems as though they were a Public Light Bus driver in Hong Kong.
Cutting 50 flights a day will save a ton of money from fuel alone, and in the short term make a big fat difference in the balance sheet.

O'Leary HAD to show up and showed his fake apologies... Behind that he's purely bullshit.
The transient nature of flight crew between low cost carriers such as Ryanair and Norwegian, should be raising questions and concerns now, not waiting for an accident.
