Flaps is common. LOL Even past 250 sometimes.
It's even more fun when you get to your complex. "Jeez, this thing isn't climbing for crap today...oh."
What is fun on big iron is when you need full, only have 10, and a contaminated runway, and you are about 100kt too hot to land, and fool enough to do it anyway.
