Two Decades After Last Flight Dinner is Served on Pan Am 747
City of Industry is now home to a vintage Pan Am 747 first class traveling section with the upper deck. The builder recently served dinner "in flight" for guests prepared in a working galley and served on authentic plates, linens, and silverware in the classic Pan Am style by former flight attendants in uniform. This is the work of a collector who works for United but has been gathering Pan Am artifacts since UAL bought the Pacific routes from the shrinking Pan Am. Beats the heck out of a model train set.
I would like to know where the exibit is located. I might have some old stuff from the PanAm era that might be used in the mockup.
Absolutely .. pristine ! Reminds me of my flights on PanAm between Frankfurt (West) Germany and JFK - New York City when I served in the US Army !
Wow!
I've always wanted to build a cockpit flight sim. Just unsure about the type.
in my opinion, the A 380 Cockpit is presently your best bet. Good Luck, Robbert
