Airbus comfirms the construction of the A380neo
Toward the end of Day 2 of the Dubai Airshow, Airbus CEO Fabrice Bregier finally had some hopeful news for Emirates, the hometown airline that has been pushing the manufacturer to move ahead with an advanced, reengined version of its A380 airliner. “We think we’re going to do it,” Bregier said of the A380neo. Someone is making a HUGE leap from “We think we’re going to do it” to "Airbus comfirms(sic) the construction of the A380neo".
Prepare to lose a lot of money on this desk Airbus. The only one i hear is interest in this plane is Emirates. Everyone else is trying to get rid of the including Singapore who stated they may return them after the lease is up. The only other one who wants them is British Airways but they are going second hand for them. This is just going to take more profit from a already slow airplane down to nothing. Just cut your loses and say where done with this plane for future builds and move on.
