American Airlines flight diverts for more than 24hrs.

An American Airlines flight from New York (JFK) to Delhi (DEL) diverted to London Heathrow (LHR) after a passenger medical emergency. The flight couldn't depart because of crew rest requirements, and AA isn't cleared to fly from LHR to DEL.
