Kind of what always happens when an AC crashes at very high speeds nothing new about that. But why it did is the huge problem not the first time in recent years this happened think there was one in OR a year or two ago again a private jet and another off shore somewhere too. Seems there is a lack of notice when cabin pressure bleeds off slowly.
