Being an Aviation writer you should have known that Canada was closing it's borders prior to the start of your itinerary? Yet you continued with your vacation plans with many additional stops and a/c change (likely due to load factors) and again, knowing what a mess Italy was in as well as the rest of the world. Sorry no sympathy here! You probably chose Air Canada because at that time it was one of the only carriers allowed into the US, my guess is the JFK was shut down to flights from Italy and you tried a work around that failed and now want to blame A/C? But I could be wrong. Next time use a travel agent, they are more knowledgable than a writer! BTW, Air Canada swapped out the interiors on 4 of their 777’s so they could carry vital medical supplies!
