KLM thinks the pilot cap is old fashioned

LOL, after I transferred to St. Louis from Richmond, VA. One of our OP's guys blasted the captain I was flying with for not wearing his cap at our gate. In my stupidity I said, in my USAF, we don't wear covers while indoors. I got wrote up.
