Denver International Airport proposes $1.5 billion in contracts for 39-gate concourse expansion project
Denver International Airport has been racking up new flight routes and new airlines, and a spokeswoman says that demand is behind a decision to expand a long-planned gate expansion by 50 percent. (www.denverpost.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Seems like building a 4th concourse to the south, OUT OF THE WAY of the other 3 would be far less problematic and less of a hassle during construction that will take years, and add even more gates for future expansion. Just a thought.....
It would be easier to build the planned fourth concourse to the north. The tunnels for the trains already exist.
OOPs, North side, you are right.
Hope they do a better job than they did the first time trying to build it. Very poor workmanship due to right to work state rules. Was kept from opening for six months. Also ran short of money could not make the runway length to start with.
