Former Anheuser-Busch CEO August Busch IV was arrested in Swansea, Illinois, for allegedly trying to fly a helicopter while intoxicated, according to court documents. Several problems here, one being in possession of a loaded fire arm while intoxicated is against the law, landing in an unauthorized area another such as a parking lot and flying while under the influence is another. Funny how they gave him the required tests but did not file charges.

Depends on who you are and where you are as to how you are sometimes handled..........just saying have seen it happen before.

The story I read said his BAC was 0.00%. Kinda hard to charge him if that is the case...I think that is why it says "allegedly".
