Air China flight makes emergency landing in Winnipeg

Nearly 300 people unexpectedly stayed the night in Winnipeg after their Air China flight had to make an emergency landing on Saturday evening. The flight was en route to Beijing from Washington. Winnipeg Airports Authority spokesperson Pascal Bélanger said the crew of the Boeing 777 noticed a problem with one of the engines and decided to land in Winnipeg.
