To quote from the story: "Just because someone agrees to terms and conditions doesn’t mean those terms are ethical,” Gutsche said, when asked about that criticism. “I think the overage model is excessive and I can imagine someone like my mom, or a family, or a backpacker going aimlessly over.”

There is, or at least used to be a thing known as personal responsibility. There is no free ride. Get over it.

It is amazing how people don't want to be responsible. He had a gauge to see how much he was using at all times. I have no idea why any paper picked up this story other than to let him whine about his error.
