The judge shouldn't let them order a damn thing. But given that the tax payers were forced to support GM and Chrysler , why not. New business with fresh ideas and people are supposed to replace these old decaying companies in a free market. We are no longer a free market.
Agreed, but this has nothing to do with TARP money.

My expectations from the legal system are quite low.
The creditors should have asked the judges in Dallas to recuse themselves and change of venue to say North Dakota, which has no AA service
