Yes, it is the most powerful. Though, it is nothing "new". The development of the GE90-115 started back in 2000 and entered service with the B777-300er back in 2004 - i believe it was with Air France.

I find it more amusing that it clearly states underneath the picture that the picture is from 2002, yet he trying to tell us that it is "new". Come on!
