UPS plane stuck off taxiway at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport

From what I’ve gathered, the aircraft went down the wrong taxiway, Taxiway A; the one that is, too small for a 757. It should have gone down Taxiway H, the one on the side of the cargo ramp @ BHM. It’s unclear if it was a pilot or Tower mistake.

"UPS 757 accidentally misses runway while taxing.." Accidently misses runway? What, as to intentionally missing the runway?
