"Following an investigation, it was determined that the crash resulted from a design flaw that could result in an uncommanded movement of the aircraft's rudder. Boeing redesigned the 737 rudders, and since there have been no further incidents where 737 rudder hardovers have caused accidents, proving that the NTSB was correct with its findings."

It also proved that the NTSB was incorrect with its findings in UA585. They are humans and get things wrong more often than we know.

Wow what a statement duh very old news but again nothing about airbus and there issues that cost hundereds of lives. The same thing Boeing had trouble with on there tww big crashes were the same item that caused several Airbus ones too taking about the same number of lives. Took them longer to get that problem solved that it did for Boing.
