I personally think that Training should play a role in the cause... I mean really, tablet training and not mentioning that system... Not acceptable.

A serious lack of knowledge and training of the crews started the accident chain that let a system malfunction bring down the aircraft. These are not the first two crashes where malfunctioning pilots crashed aircraft perfectly capable of being FLOWN by competent pilots.
