Time for Boeing to get penalty duties on Embraer

although it is good they are purchasing new "small" jets,they should also work on their customer service..i recently had the "experience" of flying on envoy,and it was surprising, as I have flown eagle a lot in the past..the jets had a first class cabin of around 8-10 seats crammed in(one side with one seat only and the other side with 2 seats),and a dividing curtain (ridiculous on a small jet)and we were told no beverage service due to "chop",but snacks only (crispy somethings in a small package),and the flight attendant proceeded to go down the aisle throwing those at us,while, with the curtain opened, you could see those "first class" 8 or 10 being served beverages and a "crispy something"..go figure..have you ever tried eating pretzels, or chips or nuts and not even had a glass of water?in any case,if it too rough to serve a glass of water to the small coach section on these aircraft, then this should apply to the entire aircraft..by the way,the aircraft was an embraer..
