Canada Embraer ERJ-190 at Winnipeg on Jan 17th 2016, could not retract landing gear

An Air Canada Embraer ERJ-190, registration C-FHNW (we have totally 2 listed reports for the aircraft registration within the report and Canada is featured in up to 11 incidents or accidents so far) performing flight AC-295 from Winnipeg,MB to Vancouver,BC (Canada) with 89 passengers and 5 crew, was in the initial climb out of Winnipeg when the landing gear would not retract but remained down and locked.
