Photographer Rick Cinclair writes about shooting the bird's-eye view. But, he says, the most exciting stories are those that focus on the plane or pilot. "Sitting in the front seat, I could shoot over my shoulder and see the pilot, Steve Pennypacker, flying from the rear seat.
