Another parallel runway for Charlotte, this time 12,000ft.

Currently running RWYs 23-5, 18L-36R, 18C-36C, 18R-36L; Charlotte/Douglas International looks to add another North-South parallel runway. After recently opening the 9,000ft RWY 18R-36L in 2010, the proposed length for this project is larger at 12,000ft. I think it would be best to keep it and use it for it's intended purpose...besides the winters here aren't that brutle
