Remember the GPS constellation is US defence department owned and operated, with the ongoing Russian invasion, don't ya think its probable that services are being cut to Russia and your proximity to them is reason enough to cause this disruption?
Not that difficult to jam GPS frequencies. US Air Force have done considerable testing for air operations in a GPS denied environment.
