Airbus Wins Major 100 Plane Order Over Boeing
Airbus SE won its first order for a new longer range model, the A321XLR, and pressed its advantage over rival Boeing Co., which is still trying to get its most-popular narrow-body back into the skies after two fatal crashes. (www.bloomberg.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Given that the 737MAX issues and related MCAS issues, and the heat that FAA has been taking for this, I see some more A321NEO, A321LR and A321XLR orders coming through the NMA project that Boeing was looking to launch will be delayed, bit for how long is anyone's guess.
Agreed totally. Paris Airshow tends to be Airbus's show anyway, but with the MAX issues, it is going to be a very quiet week for Boeing.
IAG just ordered 200 737 MAX jets presumably for Vueling and Level It's a Mix of the MAX 8 and MAX 10. Korean Air also ordered a mix of 787-9 and 787-10s
Ah, sweet! So Boeing might be ok in this airshow.
