The Airbus in Normal Law is counterintuitive during an approach in turbulence. The computers are trying to hold a Fight Path based on 1G so they correct the flight controls without a feedback to the pilots. The pilot sees a deviation and inputs a correction that is added to the Normal Law correction. The side stick is obstructed to the PNF unlike the Boeing yoke so the PF is “stirring the soup” and the other guy is just along for the ride. I loved the Airbus. Good Times.

Time to build another airport with better weather/wind logistics if flying in these conditions is the norm.
