On June 1, 2009, Air France Flight 447 was cruising from Rio de Janeiro to Paris when suddenly the communications were lost, and debris from the flight was later recovered from the Atlantic Ocean. The investigation revealed several issues that caused the flight to crash, which would later be addressed to improve flight safety. (aeroxplorer.com) Más...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
A surprising number of airline disasters can be traced to blocked pitot tubes. There hasn't been one in quite a while, so perhaps enough hard lessons have been learned about the issue. Even more basic, don't fly into bad weather, period.
I just don’t think the press handled this crash with the same constant corporate negativity that it gave the two Boeing 737’s. It seems that deficient systems training and troubleshooting
And you thought Boeing had poor designs!
Where is all this stupid stuff coming from this forum used to be about current problems not things dredged up from years ago and speculation accidents. Boeing Aircraft problems in the last many days are just news outlets trying to sell there goods to people. A tire falls off, airline only problem same with an engine fire same with a panel falling off. You got sucked into the same dumb deal by reading them. Boeings door problem has been found and delt with the bolts were either never there or fell out before the door blew off. Evidence of that is there was no signature on the castings to indicate any were in place when it blew off.
AeroExplroer is a aviation news congregator and the more news stories a person submits the higher their status goes. That is why a few of the people, this OP included, only post articles from AeroExplorer. so he can be a member of the shiny medal exclusive club.
In the case of Aeroxplorer, theyre trying to generate revenue through ads, click bait. They write very mediocre to poor stories on things aviation related. Sometimes they report on recent news, but it’s just a rewriting of news stories already posted. Then they self-promote their own stories. The poster, Dan Mena writes/works for Aeroxplorer and only posts items from Aeroxplorer. There are several other posters that do this with other aviation sites.
