Anytime there is a mishap and someone is hospitalised and subsequently dies,the family is gonna be talking to lawyers...

This plane landed with minimal casualty after returning the the Airport due to issue on board after earlier take-off. I guess walking away from potential graver mishap now has a value? What are the specific claims? Should be interesting.
